An 18-year-old in Texas allegedly forced his way into a hospital nursery and assaulted two newborn babies and several staff members.
Marcus Dewayne McCowan Jr. was taken into custody on Monday and charged with a slew of felonies, including two counts of attempted first-degree capital murder, jail records reviewed by Law&Crime show.

Da boy needs an attitude adjustment. Some gentle giant he is. Probably had to cancel his gender surgery because without baby killing being legal, getting pregnant would be a risky business he’d have to deal with. Kick his pimp ass. In Texas the maximum penalty for being convicted of attempted first-degree murder is life imprisonment. Depending on the DA and judge the sentence could be less. The elected Ector County DA and judge are Republicans.
