Attorney General Merrick Garland delivered remarks at 2:30 3:04 PM Eastern on the unprecedented raid on President Donald Trump’s home.
Garland has not commented on the raid up to this point.
On Monday at least 30 FBI agents and 3 DOJ officials raided Mar-a-Lago in their continued fishing expedition to manufacture a crime against the 45th President.
Garland today basically admitted they have nothing on President Trump. He could not identify ANYTHING the president did that was illegal.
This confirms that the 9 hour raid on President Trump’s home was a fishing expedition — or they were after documents that indict the FBI.
Merrick Garland today promised he will not stand by as Americans verbally attack the Stasi-FBI.

The FBI has brought the criticism on itself by its lyimng officials and over the top persecution of conservatives.

No, he's not. He wanted to send a message and it was received loud and clear: the jackboot thugs are a part of the USA now and aren't going away so get your thinking right or you will be next.

If that is true, then there was no legal basis for search warrant.
Subpoenas can be given for anything, civil or criminal, or when you’re fishing, basically. Because, although they do come from the court, they don’t have to be signed by a judge as they are more REQUEST than DEMAND. That is why you can challenge a subpoena before you hand anything over.
When I gave someone it had a stipulation: I’m requesting this information. You have until this date to provide it. If you don’t, then you need to come to this court on this date to explain why you’re not handing anything over. They tell their side. I tell mine. Judge makes a decision. I never had to go to a judge because usually it was stuff like wanting to see a the ID they showed when they rented a room at a hotel, something small. Anything more serious, would get a warrant.
Search warrant is a different animal. A warrant is a court order that a place or person is going to be searched, looking for something “particularly described” and there’s not a damn thing you can do about it. Hence, why the SS couldn’t interfere with the FBI. Now, at a suppression hearing, a week or so down the road, you and your legal team can challenge the PC and validity of the warrant and asked that it get thrown out. If that happens, then any evidence obtained is tossed, returned to you and, in most cases, the case is tossed as the prosecution has nothing.
But, in order to get a warrant, some type of criminal complaint or allegation has to be made. And I’m thinking that some ‘violation’ of the Presidential Records Act probably don’t qualify for that, especially if it involves once ‘classified documents’ that were then ‘unclassified documents’.
I will verbally attack the FBI all I want as it is my right under the US Constitution.
Garland needs prison.
The FBI are nothing but a bunch of jack booted goons that would make Putin blush.
