If the leaked SCOTUS opinion is authentic (Roberts says it is for what that's worth), then those of us, myself included, who have criticized Trump's SCOTUS appointments ought to attaboy them for trying to get rid of the horrible Roe non-law.
The ones in favor (according to reports) are: Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Coney-Barrett. Of course, the last 3 on that list were put there by Trump.
Roberts can not be embarrassed, when he twisted the law into pretzels for Obongo care showed he was just a rat mole. He would not have said what he said today if he didn’t already know one or more of the Justices was going to roll IMHO

Roberts has been consumed with “comity” and trying to not upset the customary order of the court. All that crap is out the window now after the “leak” and the near universal leftist support of ending comity and fully upsetting the customary order of the court.

True. Many believe that’s what happened in 1992 when it looked Roe would be overturned, news of it got leaked out, and Justice Kennedy got cold feet and changed his mind.

This does not reverse Roe. It just affirms Mississippi law at 15 weeks. Roe standard is 12 weeks.
