ABM capabilities are not JUST ‘defensive’, but depending on their effectiveness, would negate the offensive capability of the opponent. This is an indirect enhancement of a protagonists offensive capability, as they have less risk from MAD.
If the side with effective ABM did not have ANY offensive weaponry, THEN your protestations might have merit.
The New World Order folks didn’t lift one finger to stop Iran or North Korea from
getting nukes or the missiles to deliver them. Not Clinton, Bush, Obama, or

Right now Putin is helping Iran and Biden reactivate the nuclear weapons deal,
Which will result in Iran having THE BOMB.
Under Trump, when it looked like he might take military action against Kim, both
China and Russia moved troops close to the Korean Peninsula. The appearance
was that they planned to defend North Korea getting THE BOMB.
Iran is a proxy for Russia, and perhaps China by now.
North Korea is a proxy for both.
The idea that Putin is not on the side of the New World Order, or that the New World Order is not on his is an illusion.
Both entities clearly want to take down the United States. Four of the last five
US presidents have been in their back pocket: Putin is helping them in some very important quarters.
Kim is not all that far off from being able to deliver nukes to US cities.
I would say that this is one hell of lot a lot more dangerous to the US, then the
Ukraine situation is. So if Putin is truly against the NWO there, so what?

1. The USSR folded and allegedly was giving up on its efforts to threaten the world with nuclear annihilation. Somehow, though they kept at it and kept busily crafting new ways to kill all of us.
2. They are certainly capable of developing and fielding their own ABM systems - but no, they focused on building more advance mobile ICBMs and hypersonic delivery systems.
3. So, using this author's logic, we should go ahead and seize Mexico by slaughtering old ladies and kids through area weapons in civilian locations?
I am with you jpsb. But right now we have a cabal that will benefit from the continuation and escalation of a war there, where one of the combatants has canned sunshine to use. So I think figuring out how we got here is probably the best way to get it to stop. Just my $.02
