The Russians have been happily building their next-generation offensive technologies while we have been occupied with Islamic terrorists.
And no, that doesn't even come close to the reason for Russia's attempt to seize Ukraine and its resources for them themselves while murdering hundreds, even thousands of Ukrainian civilans.
