House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's bizarre behavior during Biden's State of the Union address last night distracted viewers from the President's comments and had some asking if she was 'on drugs' or 'drunk'.
Pelosi was sitting directly behind the President and was in full view throughout the speech, that went on for an hour and two minutes.
The 81-year-old behaved erratically throughout, jumping up and rubbing her knuckles in glee after Biden spoke of soldiers breathing in toxic air at one point.
At other moments, she rubbed her tongue over her teeth inside her mouth.
The bizarre behavior inspired a wave of memes comparing her to Jim Carey in Me, Myself and Irene.

I didn’t see that. Cause I didn’t want to watch these “leaders” spew bald faced lies and sophistry. If she can applaud normally at other times.....my guess is she is in the “in and out of it” phase of her life. Or a life where intoxication or stress takes her out of it. Biden appears to the same way. IMHO.

Perhaps, but I wonder if it’s a symptom, not a cause.
Sometimes I really wonder if all the wonderful millions of dollars these people make (with insider information) as well as their families make (with laundered bribes) is only the carrot part of the conspiracy (that you almost never hear about in the media), and that there is a stick side, including threatening of family members, and extreme psyops. These people are showing more than just PTSD. They have legitimate episodic ticks and outbursts that are downright bizarre.
I think they are just strange people to the core. If you watched the mannerisms of retiring justice Stephen Breyer you would think he's a 9th grade gay kid who just got the part in the HS play, just plain weird.
