Let’s be clear. Fox News is a division of the Fox channel. The commentary, talk portion of Fox is different. Mike spends his ad money during the later.

I don't watch TV News, but I am glad Fox News is there. My wife and I sometimes visit some friends in our neighborhood who have Fox News on all the time. In the little that I see and hear while visiting, most of the main talking points we discuss on FR are covered. People who are not political junkies like us can pick up important info by watching Watters, Gutfeld, Tucker and The Five.
I rather think if he were the former he would be spending somewhat more time on backing liberty-focused primary candidates and somewhat less time on self-promotion.

IIRC, he pulled all of his advertising from Fox several months ago. He left, they beggedd him to return, and he refused. (Maybe he’s back now. I don’t know as we haven’t watched Fox since 11/4/2020.)
He’s always complaining Fox has “cancelled” him and you are right, every 5 minutes his commercials are running on the news network. He’s becoming quite tiresome.
