I rather think if he were the former he would be spending somewhat more time on backing liberty-focused primary candidates and somewhat less time on self-promotion.

I have also wondered just lately where he is coming from. He seems to hold on to the wrongs done to him.(There have been many.) I thought he had recouped most of his financial losses. His commercials focus on negatives and the fact that they are constantly being shown does not entice me to puchase from him.
