My understanding is that Russian women make very serious wives, if they decide to marry you.
You have to be careful to not be used.
About half my family is of Russian ancestry. My grandmother was from the old country. The key to understanding Russians is that they are drama queens. Once you know that, lots of things fall into place.
Of course, they are tough too....but still drama queens. The two things are not mutually exclusive.
Don’t tease her about her facial hair.
Russian women are no different than American, British or any other ethnicity...................

No. They want real men, respectful me. But real men.
There just isn’t enough quality men in Russia, because too many Russian men are drinking themselves to death. They are still broken from their 90 years of socialism.
I think it is getting better, because they’ve actually had an uptick in their expectancy, but they still haven’t recovered.
I knew a guy that after his divorce married only Filipino gals.

Rule 1: If you plan to marry a foreign bride, be prepared to stay in the country and culture which created her. The moment you bring her to the US, and subject to American laws on alimony and child support, she becomes an American woman.
Leave your assets in a place where they are out of reach of her and any "family court" system. If she knows you can be gone at a moment's notice if she turns nasty, it's an incentive to behave.
THE nationality most likely to divorce American men who marry foreign wives?
Russians.
Unfortunately, there are a helluva lot of scammers in Russia who look to just get their green card and then drain their husband dry financially in the divorce proceedings. I’m sure there are a lot of good and honest Russian women who are not at all like this, but the prevalence of scammers has made a lot of guys I know hesitant about getting into a relationship with them. Which is a shame because to me Russian is THE sexiest accent in the world for a woman.
This is very true. I dated a RussianRussian-American girl in my 20’s. Seeing what she turned into just 10 years later had me decide I dodged a bullet.
I'll pass. I'm an old man anyway, and the < young women > in my life are called granddaughters!
