I have an old co-worker that was a Marine Security Guard in Beijing, years ago and he had the opportunity to do quite a bit of traveling around the country. All he said was, get outside the major cities and those people are dirt poor and eating sparrows and rats, to survive.

The FMLN civil war era ended in 1991 when he was 10 or 11 years old. But he made Bitcoin a legal tender, and sees that America is being deliberately destroyed form within. So he can’t be all bad.
If this fails, their plan B is nuclear war and subsequent invasion by Russia (USSR) and China, and their allies.
