I'm sure you'll agree that this vanity is fine today. I'm sick of the morons who said we'd never win. I always said we would, even with the cheating.
You are absolutely, 100% wrong on that one.
No. Disagreement is fine. Defeatism is different. Actively encouraging people NOT to vote is a BIG problem.
Telling Freepers they shouldn’t bother voting because the elections are rigged and/or all the Republican candidates are RINOs is not “healthy debate” that has any value whatsoever on a POLITICAL website.
...need an extra 5% or better lead to win.
That’s no way to operate.

Exactly. The tricks of 2020 are now well known.
Fight. Win. Fortify for future voting integrity.

Yep…….like that idiot Lin Wood.
In some corrupt countries, a local and regional elections here and there may be run fairly but the major national presidential stuff remains rigged.
The future of national elections may very well depend on how each state conducts, counts, and monitors their voting. The role of mail-ins, etc...
Yes, I also grew tired of the "democrats are gonna steal it" mantra in the run-up to 2020. Then on election night, they stole it before our very eyes when they shut down the counting and kicked out the poll watchers.
We may have won this round but if this election fraud from the last last presidential election isn’t stopped we might as well not vote anymore. 2024 will be the big test.
On that issue we agree. Let them speak, let them be wrong. Free speech amongst conservative should be of high concern. To do otherwise is to be no different then the dim’s, fb or anywhere that ‘fact checkers’ exist. My belief is a person is allowed to their opinion, regardless. When that opinion includes telling me, or anyone that I have to follow that opinion, then I take issue.
That was an excellent post, rlmorel (though I am going to gloat for one day).
It appeared the tricks of 2020 were happening again when the counted votes dropped from 96% to 93% late last night. The lesson is that we need 100% poll watchers at every election.
I agree with you..
I call these people the “I’m taking my toys and going home” republiCAN’Ts....
What was proven is that vigilance pays off..
Now, we need to concentrate on the bush league chamber of commerce worshiping republiCAN’Ts that are permeating our government.
This election proves to the naysayers that it can be done.
Hey, no one is happier than me at yesterday’s outcomes, especially if NJ holds. And make no mistake, if anyone is more Conservative than me, I’d love to meet them.
I’m very pleased that we are getting more proactive at poll-watching and legal challenges.
But when I say “learn from history”, I am referring to, just as much, if not more, to what the Rats are capable of. All the poll watchers and attorneys in the world would not have prevented what the Rats pulled in 2020. They apparently weren’t as brazen last night as they were in 2020. They may well have backed off these races to make the gullible Republicans (like many here) think the process is fair and there is no need to change the election laws and processes.
They will be back in 2022, and certainly 2024 even harder and more brazen than in 2020.
Yes, the doom & gloom crowd (they call themselves “realists”) is quite annoying. They never offer up solutions or suggestions. They never have anything positive to say; they just whine and complain in their attempts to demoralize those around them. They have nothing constructive to contribute.
I suspect a lot of them (not all) are Democrat trolls.
Yep.
FR so far is resisting Woke morons that have joined FR in the last couple of years.
Give it up. I saw you on the Youngkin threads last night, throwing your negativity all over the place. People were in hopeful moods and there you were trying to demoralize everybody.
McAuliffe conceded. Give it a rest.
It is human nature to be negative. There is a reason for the old story of the sky is falling.
Think of how the founding fathers had to deal with the same issue............................. They were losing right up to the point they were winning.
That's what's good about being a pessimist, you're never disappointed. And if something goes good, it's a bonus.
