Youngkin may be safe but the down ballot races are definitely still within the margin of fraud. If the Dem AG wins reelection he will sue or pepper the Youngkin admin with fraudulent indictments constantly.
They could also launch lawsuits for "recounts" a la Florida in 2000.
I wouldn't count any Republican electoral victory as safe until the candidate is sworn in.
