Concern Trolls Get Out

Posted on 11/03/2021 7:22:42 AM PDT by SarahPalin2012

I'm sure you'll agree that this vanity is fine today. I'm sick of the morons who said we'd never win. I always said we would, even with the cheating.

With what we all witnessed in 2020, its not hard to see why some would think 'its over'. I am in the 'never give up' camp, but that doesnt mean I think the dems are not capable of real evil to achieve their goals and many repubs are happy to roll over to keep their slice of the pie. I am pleased with VA. I am hoping NJ will actually fight for a win there.

I dont think its productive to gloat or create posts or threads to berate our own because they express concerns that 2020 cheating would be repeated. Energy is better spent on ensuring the 2020 cheat is further exposed, any attempts to cheat last night are exposed, the communist agenda of the left is exposed and reversed, and people who committed real crimes are actually charged and put on trial. The battle is won. The war continues.

I hear ya, but since WE don’t believe in cancelling those who hold different views I find it easier to just ignore their doomsday predictions in the first place and then enjoy a nice hot cup of schadenfreude on days like this when their silliness is exposed.

Nobody can predict the future, not even FReepers who know everything. A fact everyone should have learned as a child.

Agreed. OP sounds like a RINO/RAT plant who says, “Elections are fair and accurate, no need for any draconian measures. The process is good. Every vote counts!”.

Can you post a link to where 72% of Virginia’s voting stations were manned by MAGA volunteers, compared to only 27% one year ago.

I'll be writing a short editorial about this and related topics today.

The bottom line is, everyone was very correct to be concerned.... but there are solutions to fraud, demonstrated last night.

I would not call them 'Concern Trolls', though I might categorize them as excessively pessimistic. I, myself, have been guilty of that.

In light of your high chin view of Americans concerned about their election systems, should forensic audits of the 2020 November election be abandoned?

You seem to know everything, so it’s appropriate to ask the above question.

I’ve been saying since Jan. we can take back the country but it needs to be done on the State level.

Election Laws, Elections themselves, campaigns……get people elected to every or any office that we can, Polls watchers, etc.

Man did I receive flack.

I’d say we need to make the election laws tougher, cheat proof……
Then I’d hear “That won’t work! Only CW2 will.”

Didn’t stop me though……..worked on getting Bills passed in Michigan, I’m planning on working within the State’s campaign’s for 2022.

SarahPalin2012, We should be heartened, no doubt. I expressed these sentiments below on another thread this morning, and I feel it bears repeating.

This was a good outcome. However, undue optimism is unwise, it is a victory lap for one simply racist, idiotic, and incompetent Leftist who lost in one place in one time.

There is a rule of thumb in sports:

If you are doing something that your opponent cannot stop, you keep doing it until they prove they can stop it before you change tactics and move on to another set of tactics.

This may not be the best test of whether we can “stop” it, as McAuliffe was a historically stupid and unpalatable candidate.

However, this is the state that contains Northern Virginia, which has appeared over the last few decades to be settling in to the group of places like Cambridge, Ithaca (City of Evil), Madison, and Berkeley. A win there is grand.

But keep in mind, even a place like Massachusetts has an ostensibly Republican governor.

And it isn’t over. They are stretching elections out so that mischief can be engaged in, so until all the ballots (both fake and real) come in and until and if that scum McAuliffe does concede, we cannot say it is over.

But this is a good first step. You cannot overcome fraud twice without first overcoming it once. And we need to repeat this, again and again, everywhere else.

Doing a victory lap is a lot of fun, but if you think this is going to stop Leftists from engaging in fraud, judicial mischief, legislative malfeasance and other avenues, you are going to be disappointed

Even now, while we slap each other on our backs, the Leftist termites are chewing away in every single way they can. This is one setback for them.

Until we aggressively combat the roots of election fraud (a monolithically Leftist endeavor) and publicly investigate, prosecute, and punish those who do it, there is too much at stake both financially and politically for the Left to stop.

I guess you could call me a “Doom and Gloomer”, but I would never not vote. If for nothing else, I can have a clear conscience that I did what I could. And as I said, we need to focus more on local elections, like School Boards, and other local races, where it is much tougher to cheat. That’s where the change will come from.

Some people can’t face winning even when they win. It’s like they WANT to lose.

They can never enjoy any other way of life.

Sigh. I said that in 2020. I certainly thought Biden didn’t have a chance.

That result woke me up in a damned hurry, I can say that.

I’m glad the way things turned out in VA, and hopefully NJ. But you are completely forgetting what happened in 2020, as if it never happened.

“Those who don’t learn from history...”

But we did learn. That's the point. You don't have to overturn 2020 to win elections moving forward. We need to be more proactive regarding cheating with more poll watchers, better legal challenges, etc.. Even if we can't reverse 2020, and can't eliminate fraud entirely, we can battle to prevent it from being too egregious, then get out and vote

Making future electoral participation dependent upon a fantasy of re-installing Trump as President is tilting at windmills, and equally doomed to fail.

FR would be a much nicer place to visit if the moderators of this website purged

I think what you mean is it would be better if they purged people that disagree with you.

Thanks for this thread. The perpetual Concern Trolls have been a blight on this forum for a year.

What about Free Speech? Healthy debate? How can anyone claim truth if they are unwilling to entertain all information? When did conservatives become so anti-conservative? We have become bi-polar, emotionally driven, double standards. We need to come back to our principals.

72% of Virginia’s voting stations were manned by MAGA volunteers, compared to only 27% one year ago.

I was heavily involved in this effort. The registrars and election officials in many counties and precincts certainly did not like having us there keeping an eye on things, but it did a lot to keep those handing out the ballots and counting the votes honest. A big thank you to those many patriots who stepped up to help with the effort. It was not easy, convenient or fun in a lot of cases.

A big problem is that very lenient election law changes enacted by the Democrats make it very easy to cheat. Hopefully, we can now eliminate those bad parts of the elections laws, including, especially, the 45-day voting period. And, hopefully, we can work to have 100% registrar and precinct coverage from this point forward.

I have absolutely no problem with diligence. That’s something that we should be doing. Youngkin did that well yesterday.

I have a big problem with defeatism. There has been A LOT of that on FR lately.

There is a big difference between, “I am really concerned about fraud” and then taking steps to combat it, and saying “ITZ ALL OVER!!!! RIGGED MACHINES!!! YOU SHOULD NEVER VOTE AGAIN.”

That’s the “concern trolling” that I’m referring to.
