I can see where she would make that decision. There’s already a SC decision over 100 years ago saying states can require vaccinations of their citizens; the school is a state school. It’s a state issue, not a federal issue.

I posted just a little bit ago that while I was listening to someone on talk radio tonight filling in for Ben Shapiro he reported that the CDC or whoever (I don’t remember) admitted that those numbers were wrong and have now changed them. But the damage is out there just like they always get it out because it hits Twitter like a wild fire and nobody sees the correction.
I told her who cares what the locals are saying.
Just call your doctor or go to the ER, period.
She's more afraid of the backlash of not getting the vax against covid.
She owns her own business and worried about what would be said. I told her just go to the doctor tell your symptoms and get peace of mind and forget the rest! I said just go! So many I worked with all got covid positive results. They stayed out and came back to work.
My manager got sick and stayed out 3 weeks. They told her she pneumonia covid and took breathing treatments.
She still after all she went through did not take the vaccination.
I told my Daughter just go to your doctor or the ER as she is on day six feeling bad and just guessing her symptoms. Don't worry about these vax jerks calling us names about our choice not to vaccinate!
Very strange. DeSantis ordered shipments of the Monoclonal antibodies. Right after that the FDA has said it is releasing the booster vaccine.
Don’t let her guess her symptoms. Tell her to go to the doctor, the longer she waits the harder it is to recover.

Barrett didn't act as a liberal, or compromised or blackmailed. In this case she acted as a true "Constitutionalist".
The USSC was asked to review the appeal's court denial of an emergency stay of the University's mandated vaccine. The appeals court based their decision on a previous USSC ruling that vaccines are a state issue (which they are, as are lockdowns, masks, etc).
Finding no issue with logic or use of prescedent, Barrett allowed the appeal's court decision to stand. This is how the USSC review process is supposed to work.
The plaintiffs are free to try a different track.

The CDC, Fraudci and the LSM is also lying to us about those who are having “breakthrough” cases of COVID.
They are not counting the numbers anymore, cuz there are so many, unless the person is hospitalized or dies.
The VAX is NOT working.

The problem is that:
A) this is not a vaccine—it is gene therapy, untested in human trials.
B) this is an emergency use authorization medicine, thus it CANNOT be mandated by anyone. It falls under the Nuremberg Code, which is codified in Federal law, making this ripe for consideration.
C) a decision could set a precedent affecting millions whose schooling and now livelihood is being threatened by out of control labcoat wearing technocrats.
Under any definition, this is NOT a vaccine.
Words mean something, and so should the law.
