CDC to Replace Its PCR Test With One That Can Differentiate Between CCP Virus and Flu

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will no longer recommend its PCR test to detect the CCP virus, saying that it will withdraw the test’s emergency use authorization (EUA), and instead, encourage labs to use a multiplex assay that can detect and differentiate the virus from the flu.

“Given the availability of commercial options, CDC intends to discontinue support for the CDC 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019 nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel, the assay first introduced in February 2020 for detection of SARS-CoV-2,” Jasmine Reed, public affairs specialist at the CDC, told The Epoch Times via email.

She added that “… the demand for this test has declined with the emergence of other higher-throughput and multiplexed assays. CDC is encouraging pubic health laboratories (PHL) to adopt the CDC Influenza SARS-CoV-2 (Flu SC2) Multiplex Assay to enable continued surveillance for both influenza and SARS-CoV-2, which will save both time and resources for PHL.”

SARS-CoV-2 is the scientific name for the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, also known as the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19.

In a lab alert published on July 21, the CDC said it will withdraw its EUA request for the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test after Dec. 31, 2021, to allow labs to “begin their transition to another FDA-authorized COVID-19 test.”

Currently, none of the diagnostic tests used to determine if an individual is infected with the CCP virus are approved by the FDA.

The multiplex PCR test that the CDC is now recommending allows multiple targets to be simultaneously amplified in a single tube, making it ideal for high-volume and repeated analyses of the same target sequences.

LOL. So all this time, the regular flu bug has been mis-diagnosed for politica purposes to massively inflate the numbers. No wonder “nobody” had the flu in 2020.

I knew our government would become evil and corrupt but honestly thought it would not be for a good 10-20 years. The Obama Administration really destroyed everything, didn’t it?

Here's my take on this..

This puts every single post by people shouting from the rooftop about how "bad" the COOF is in question. All the fear churned up on FR by people repeating the numbers about how many people have the COOF and died from it is based on FALSE information; the CDC admits as much. It is FALSE information, not just bad information, because it's been known that the PCR test was faulty for a long time, yet they still used it; tuning its cycles up and down as seen politically fit. So all the people they derided as being anti-science, ignorant, fools, etc when they questioned the numbers turned out to be right after all.

Some folks were smart enough to question the extreme decrease in reported flu cases, especially after the lockdowns started. I started questioning the test results from the beginning, because early on, there were many instances where people were given multiple tests, with different results. Elon Musk was one of them. A friend's son worked with someone who was having Covid-like symptoms. Both men were tested three times over a period of several days, and both tested negative after the first two tests, but tested positive on the third. But did they actually have Covid, or did they have the flu? We'll never know. Now, after a year and a half of lies, the CDC has verified that their PCR test is inaccurate, because it can't tell the difference between Covid and the flu. We'll never know how many people actually died from the flu, but were labeled a Covid death. I believe the CDC knew the test was inaccurate from the beginning, but allowed it anyway, so they could manipulate the statistics to fit their narrative, and get the end result they were looking for.

I agree. It’s hard to believe that the people who create the tests do not carefully determine what it’s testing for.

Not to excuse slipshodness, but everyone has been in a big hurry to get things out that will contain covid. The scientists might have been ‘persuaded’ to release products before they were comfortable doing so.
