Hollywood has a reputation for being a liberal bastion of political correctness. But as these appalling movies show, it wasn't always so. Some of them—such as 1975's Mandingo—are almost fetishistically racist.
Others are fantastic movies degraded because stereotypical characters such as Long Duk Dong from "Sixteen Candles" or Mr. Yunioshi from "Breakfast at Tiffany's."
We've compiled a list of the worst racist indiscretions made in Hollywood from the very birth of film.
And there are a lot. Warning: Some of this material may be upsetting.
21. "North" (1994) had Inuit/Eskimo racism in one ridiculous scene. In this strange and terrible film, Elijah Wood plays North, a child prodigy who "divorces" his parents and sets off on a cross country trip to find a new family. On the way he meets cowboys, Amish people and Inuits played by Kathy Bates, Graham Greene and Abe Vigoda.
The portrayal of Inuits was racist and the movie as a whole was a huge flop despite the star-studded cast and director (Rob Reiner).
20. "The Last Samurai" (2003) is a prime example of a "white savior" film. Tom Cruise plays an ex-soldier who takes a job in Japan to help suppress a Samurai rebellion. However after he is captured by the Samurai, he learns their ways and saves them from being destroyed by the Japanese army by teaching them how to properly fight using their own techniques.
19. "Fantasia" (1940) features a half-man, half-donkey centaur who is black. Sunflower-Pastoral Symphony-Racist Screenshot The "Pastoral Symphony" section of this classic Disney film used to feature a scene with a centaur named Sunflower who acts as a servant for the rest of the characters.

“East St. Louis scene”
Even the race pimps acknowledge there is no defense of East St. Louis resounding and resonant realities.
I will bet she / he / zir / zey hasn’t watched any one of these movies.
Not one of these films is racist. Liberal idiots.
A black guy I knew was from East St Louis. We were both military and once spent a week monitoring equipment for 12 hours a night. 12 hour shifts and about 10 minutes of genuine work each shift.
He said I was very optimistic about race. That his brother would gladly kill me for being white. He left East St Louis before some legal trouble he didn’t want to discuss caused him problems. He returned once on leave. Said 24 hours later he was heading back to base before he got trapped back into the “bad stuff” - and 10 years later, he still refused to set foot in his home town!
Told me if I was ever on the interstate passing ESL, to keep going even if I had mechanical problems. And don’t even drive on the Interstate at night there.
What?, where is Roots and The Color Purple, or Django Unchained?
Really shocked not to see Blazing Saddles included.

did he go see a show at the cotton club?
Ditto. I was willing to read the whole thing but, apparently, they don't want me to unless they get paid or add spyware.

Good call, it’s just far left propaganda.
With a name like Business Stuff I figured they should be offering investment advice and not clickbait BS lists.
Why would anyone want more of this sh!t. The cancel culture is designed to destroy America. Why help the bastards?
Richard Pryor wrote most of the jokes for Blazing Saddles. It would be pretty tough to call him a racist.
The Romans did all the torture and execution.
At the behest of the Jews.
At one point the phrase “I find no fault with this man” was uttered, and the sentence was to whip and release Jesus. The Jews cried CRUCIFY HIM. Again the Jews were given a choice between Jesus and a Murderer, set one free. The Jews cried FREE Barrabas. It is pretty clear that the “church heirarchy” wanted Jesus dead. The Romans simply carried out their request.

“You can’t cheat an Honest Man” with WC Fields and Eddie Rochester:
Fields approaches a group of black circus workers: “which one of you is the head Ubangi around here?”
Rochester: “Ubangi, what’s a Ubangi?”
Fields: “I just though the head n***** wanted to make $5!”
Rochester: “ OH...that Ubangi!”
Those were two great movies.
‘Do you mind if we dance with Yo Dates?’
‘What are you studying? Primitive Cultures.’
A movie simply cannot be funnier.
