I was on a business trip in California and was taken out to a ritzy Pizzeria. One of the pizzas served was arugala, goat cheese, and grapes.
I would advise to not order that combo.
Anchovies are far more controversial. Dead fish on a pizza? Fruit on a pizza is not controversial at all. Tomatoes and peppers are fruits.
Mashed Potatoes and Gravy.
Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza is my absolute favorite. I’ll never understand why there are so many haters out there.
In the Philippines, they love all kinds of seafood on their pizzas- squid, eel, sardines, surimi...

My daughter is a vegan and makes these green abortions she calls “pizzas”. The only thing green that’s supposed to be on a pizza is a pepper. Vegan “pizzas” are stomach wrenching. Don’t get me started on the tofu. Is disowning an option?

Anchovies, only if they are put on afterwards and not baked into the pizza.
I used to love pizza, but then I developed milk protein sensitivity, and cannot eat cheese.
I would love to see cheeseless pizzas that allow other meat, fish, seafood, and vegetable toppings. But the only cheeseless pizzas that are ready available are “vegan” pizzas with veggies only. I am NOT a vegan!!!!
Cheeseless pizzas with seafood and in some cases fish would also allow for Orthodox fast days. (Any help from the few remaining Greek pizzerias?)
Traditional Italian pizza baked in an authentic oven, with tomato sauce and mozzarella fiordilatte, served piping hot to the table and consumed with a knife & fork. Part of multi-course fine dining. Some vino to drink. If all the “toppings” are desired, enjoy some antipasto. Then the pasta! And on goes the meal for a long time, with much conversing and laughter.
The Italian Restaurant in Maryland that I used to frequent, did a seafood pizza. White sauce. Pricey but delicious.

I dont want to hear any explanations for putting pineapple on a pizza. Theres just no excuse for it.
Chicken. Chicken has no place on pizza.
The best pizza topping is whichever one you like the most.
