for highlighting that Antisemitism is the ‘last form of passable bigotry in America’. Anti-Jewish hatred should not be treated any differently to other forms of racism.
It’s not the last - the overwhelming bigotry against conservatives is easily the most prevalent form of bigotry in American today.
No it’s anti Catholicism because that bigotry emanates from both sides of the political spectrum.
The radical left has been using Jan-6 quite powerfully to defame all conservatives.
There is that too and it comes from the left.
As a Caucasian male whose culture reaches back to Herodotus, I disagree.

One reason I love him is that he shows how silly people were- and they haven’t changed.

This latest phenomenon is troubling.
I see it occasionally on here, it is true.
I grew up a Catholic, and I left that church for very personal and valid reasons, but I harbor no ill will towards the religion itself as some seem to. I know there are good clergy and laypersons in the church.
But for me, watching what has happened to the Catholic Church since John Paul II died is sad. The current Pope is an astonishing person, in a bad way. He seems not only set on destroying Catholicism, but deliberately defiling it.
I feel sadness for a lot of Catholics who must wonder how this has come to transpire.
Much as many of us Americans feel about our Republic.

I am in total agreement. Anti-Catholics come in all political and religious stripes.
So do anti-Presperterians etc. etc.etc.
1) Bigotry against blacks: Leftists think of people who happen to be black as being generally incompetent at taking care of themselves or even being able to acquire an ID to vote.
2) Bigotry against whites: Leftists think of people who happen to be white as being generally racist and and arrogant...a projection of Leftism really. They think that whites who do not humbly apologize for being white in ways prescribed by Leftism must be racist.
3) Bigotry against people who don't think the current Leftwing's absurd assertions in their constant war against reality. Such people could not possibly just have their head on straight...nay...one who thinks there are two genders must do so because they are bigots...again projection by the Left.
4) 5) 6) The list goes on. The Left is pretty much a hive mind of virtue signaling contradictory self-righteous pile of utter nonsense that is bigoted against everybody in different ways.

Even contemplating leaving is shocking to me. I’m certainly not the best Catholic by a long shot but it feels like part of my identity.
I was born into it for a reason I believe.
But it is leaving me
