“There are huge strides being made in aging biology” that point to ways that we can potentially slow the aging process, says Steele, 35, whose research focuses on the ways that the body ages at a cellular level.
“We have loads and loads of different ways in the lab to slow down and reverse this process.”

Falling is very frequent problem for people over age 75. Sorry your mother was gone so soon after the fall.
One of the main reason I exercise daily. It does improve balance a great deal by making legs strong. And possibly make bones stronger as well.
Does 2 hours sleep per night count?
Do cougars live longer?
More power to you! I’ll match your age in June..but apparently not your vigor! Too many miles on the old legs and wear and tear in general here. Was doing Senior Olympics until 2018. Despite all I still look okay..especially since I’ve been losing weight on purpose. Godspeed!😀
Well I do get regular exercise, I travel all the way to the bathroom several time a day and several trips to the kitchen to get coffee. I am diabetic so I try to eat as close to a Keto diet as I can. A couple slices of bread can raise my blood sugar to over two hundred for the rest of the day. Life gets tedious.

How did these doctors come to the conclusion that exercise prolongs life?
The rabbit is always jumping up and down but it lives for only 2 years and the turtle that doesn’t exercise at all, lives 400 years.
So, take some rest, chill, stay cool, eat, drink and enjoy your life. ️
NAD+ won’t do it.
If you’re looking to increase your NAD—you have to buy NMN—which is a precursor to NAD that creates the NAD. (So does NR —but less efficiently.)
That said, I take the NMN in the morning. Have you taken the NMN in both the morning and evening and found that whatever form of NAD+ you’re taking is better for sleep in the morning.
Did you also find that your form of NAD+ made you drowsy when you took it in the morning?
what things did your doctor do for you that improved your sleep?
Or just wait for the med beds. 😏
Interesting set of facts! I am glad I did not invent anything LOL. May be those people did not use what they invented or had some other issues in life. May be they drank too much, who knows. I have lived a boring life, no smoking, less than 1 drink a month, no illegal substance abuse ever. At end of day, I listen to my body. Whoever says diabetes has no symptoms is full of it. When my blood glucose levels are high, I definitely feel tingles in my feet. Every time! When I began walking 30 miles every week playing 5 rounds of 18 every week, my body responded and all my health issues slowly disappeared.
bttt
It makes me sleep soundly, deeply. I sleep well but was surprised by the result. I’m probably on the younger side for taking NAD but wanted to try it. Have not tried NMN. It may produce a little energy, like more of a spring in my step when heading to the gym- or maybe it’s my imagination.
Any competent dentist will prescribe antibiotics prior to a root canal. Good luck finding a competent dentist.
I’ve heard the commercials forever and have been curious as I get older, but am wary of scammers just offering their nutritional supplements as the key to longevity. I know the initial consultation is free, but do they have a hard sell? Dr. Mixon sounds nice on the radio, just wondering if it’s worth it? I’m not into a program that costs hundreds of dollars a month. Any incite you could give is appreciated.
I am jealous. I have chronic insomnia. I don’t sleep well then end up crashing every 4 or 5 days. It seems to be a family trait. I think we are supposed to be the night watch of the cave clan.
I went there about a year ago (?) to take their two-part free test. After I did that, they offered a full-blown analysis of about everything possible. It was $600, and those were very exhaustive tests, including the telomere measurements. After that, I had a one-hour session with one of their folks (I believe he was a naturopath) who explained to me the results of the test. Of course they mentioned becoming a member of LMC, but I chose not to do that. There was one follow-up telephone call from them asking about my plans, but that was it. For one thing, I did not need anyone monitoring my exercise plan, BMI, and so forth. I (thank the Lord) have pretty good health, so did not want to be paying several thousands of dollars a year. If things were different, I would consider it - after all, having good health is a real blessing.
I listen to their radio show on Saturday mornings, and they really do care about their patients and want to see them live long, healthy lives. The information they give is excellent.
Hope that helps!
Yes it does. Thank you.
