NAD+ won’t do it.

If you’re looking to increase your NAD—you have to buy NMN—which is a precursor to NAD that creates the NAD. (So does NR —but less efficiently.)

That said, I take the NMN in the morning. Have you taken the NMN in both the morning and evening and found that whatever form of NAD+ you’re taking is better for sleep in the morning.

Did you also find that your form of NAD+ made you drowsy when you took it in the morning?

It makes me sleep soundly, deeply. I sleep well but was surprised by the result. I’m probably on the younger side for taking NAD but wanted to try it. Have not tried NMN. It may produce a little energy, like more of a spring in my step when heading to the gym- or maybe it’s my imagination.
