Denmark, Norway and Iceland have temporarily suspended the use of AstraZeneca's Covid-19 vaccine over concerns about patients developing post-jab blood clots, as the manufacturer and the European Medicines Agency insisted the vaccine was safe.
The EMA said that information available so far indicated the risk of blood clots in those vaccinated against the coronavirus was "no higher than that seen in the general population."
It also said that European countries could keep using the AstraZeneca vaccine while the issue was investigated, concluding that "the vaccine's benefits continue to outweigh its risks".
Denmark, the first to announce it was suspending the jab, stressed that the move was precautionary.
"It has not been determined, at the time being, that there is a link between the vaccine and the blood clots," the country's health authority said.

Interesting video came out yesterday about concerns these physicians/scientists have about blood clots from the covid vaccine. Though their concerns were about the mRNA vaccines.
I don’t know whether it would apply to Astra/Zeneca’s vaccine which deploys a replication-deficient chimpanzee viral vector based on a weakened version of a common cold virus (adenovirus) that causes infections in chimpanzees. It contains the genetic materials of the spike protein. After vaccination, the cells produce the spike protein, stimulating the immune system to attack the SARS-CoV-2 virus. So the cells produce the spike protein (which is the same as the mRNA types.)

The authors say that the vaccine produced spike cells travel into the bloodstream (which they claim the virus itself doesn’t do) and then the immune system comes in to do battle with the spike protein cells now lining the bloodstream and can cause blood clots in various organs including the brain.

I was one of the first ones called to receive my first shot because of heart and lung and age issues. It was at our local hospital annex and Lady Bender also received her first shot as my medical spokesperson and care provider. A week or ten days later we got our second shot with no side affects. I wish I had marked down the date ...

As it is now, my HC needs are being meds by some effing ahole at an occupational health center and he couldn't give a S about me or my problems. The doctor the insurance company made me see ensured that I spent multiple extra months in agonizing pain and if I got that mofo alone in a consequence free environment, I'd drop a deuce in his neck hole.
