No. He gave his inaugural address. He gives his State-of-the-Union after he’s actually done something. Yes, that makes only three SOTU addresses per term; it’s the historical norm.

The president’s first State of the Union is always a bit behind. Trump gave his first on February 28, 2017. But, a year later, it was at its more ‘normal’ date, January 30th.

But, as of just a couple of days ago, nothing had been scheduled for Biden. So, I’m not sure when or even if he’s going to do it.

Nancy Pelosi declared the the Biden SOTU address would be delivered on Tuesday, February 28, 2021. It never happened because Joe Biden would not commit to that date or any other date.

Trump will politically slaughter Biden when he delivers his speech to the CPAC convention, this coming Sunday, February 28, 2021 with millions of people around the world and the USA tuned in on TV and other media!!!

Democrat, Joe Biden backed down because he could never give a speech that long, at least one hour or more long, and hardly anyone would be watching or listening to what he would say. Folks....forget a Joe Biden SOTU speech...it ain’t gonna happen...period!!!
