Is this Nurse alive or is she dead.
I see evidence from sites like ancestry.com and other obituary sites (some now only cached) showing that she died. These seem credible especially when cross referencing with her Instagram account which references relatives. In other words the obituary will reference relative(s) with those relative(s) appearing on her Instagram account. I believe her Facebook account has been taken down. She has not posted, apparently, to social media since December 14th of 2020. By all accounts, she was a prolific poster to social media prior to that date. She was 30 years of age.
Conversely, I see evidence such as reports from family members or hospital staff that she is all well and good. However, I don't see dated evidence, evidence which shows a date, say, post 12/20/20 which says that she is alive as of " ". This is important. For instance, fact checkers say the hospital has confirmed that Dover is fine. But no date is attributed to when that confirmation was made.

I've seen this site and its members out perform investigative agencies and reporters. I am asking for Freepers to find an answer.
If she is dead and there is verifiable proof of that fact, it will be a game changer. I am not referencing the effectiveness of the vaccine here, that is altogether another topic. I am talking about peoples trust of those who are telling them about the risks and effectiveness of the vaccine.
This was very high profile. She is young, a mom, a nurse and was vaccinated on TV where she fainted. Everyone wants to know she is okay. Everyone for over a month has been told she is just fine.
Note, this may be a honey pot. Tomorrow she may show up on TV and say, Hi there, these anti-vaxers are crazy.
This query is personal. I have family members, some of whom are quite old, who have scheduled vaccinations and I don't know what to tell them when they ask me, "is this a good idea?"

I remember watching her take the vaccination on the video and then got woozy and passed out. I haven’t seen anything to follow up what happened to her.
My guess is that she not want to be a poster child for the Vaxers or the anti acres. And she is simply choosing to remain out of the social media spotlight.

The reference to dates is often missing. The video in question has been called into question and most importantly,
She was allegedly a vaccination proponent. The probabilities she would just be off the radar for over a month are miniscule.
You would think that CNN, ABC, NBC, or any media outlet would ask her to come on air and put a rest to the controversy and then go on to have her say, “There is a lot of disinformation out there but here I am (big smile) to tell you this vaccine is safe and I am doing fantastic.” “So get out there and get in line.”
That would be a great story. Or better yet, just be in the parking lot of her work with a video cam and say hay, every one says you are like dead, what do you think? That video would be gold and great for a news blurb.

So, turn that feature OFF. You know, you can live without it.
Perhaps I chose the wrong place to put this. I’ll refer back to the guidelines. Sometimes I get ahead of myself.
This vaccination stuff is irking me and I have many that I care about greatly in line to get vaccinated.
And, now it appears that the CDC has stopped tracking as of 1/6/21 bad reactions to the vaccines.
Put this on top of the few months of testing as relates to the efficacy of a novel mRNA based vaccine whose long term affects are unknown and whose T and B cell memory is unknown and I am concerned (subject for another day).
To date! the underlying date associated with the clinical studies for the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines has yet to be revealed. You see the results. You see the data which underlie the results. But, you do not see, the totality of the data. So the pool of data, is actually a baby pool, if you will, as they publish only that data which was used to come up with there results. Data set 100. Data set published - only that 50 which underlies the results. This is an example.
And where is the methodology? Where is the pre-screening? Where is the follow up the discussion of confounding factors? Where is anything dammit, where you are about to vaccinate 100s of millions if not billions. Where is the data regarding long term effects. Wait it doesn’t exist because it cannot exist because it was tested for all of, I don’t know, under a hundred days.
I have children, and apparently this vaccine may, because we don’t know, may cause the body to attack the placenta or the ..... . You say show me the evidence? That is not the burden of proof here!
So news and activism, maybe that is the wrong place. Maybe it should be in the “be careful” fricking section.

She didn’t die. Snopes says so. :-)
I take the flu shot every year. I've already decided I won't be taking this shot, at least not as it is currently. I may change my mind whenever a different one comes out. And I'm in the high risk category, with comorbidities.

I have to get an injection in my right eye every two months or so. Next month will be number 7 or 8, I lose track.
I hope whatever is wrong with your right eye gets cured. Needing an injection in the eye would require some kind of sedation. I used to inhale nitrous oxide at the dentist to sedate my discomfort and apprehension. You could suggest such a method to you doctor.
Diabetic Retinopathy, what he’s doing is working and they do a lot of numbing (Lidocaine) before the jab. It’s just the thought.
Nitrous and I are old friends. I learned that if you breathe too deeply, too fast, it’ll just about make you pass out. And between the Nitrous and the Novocaine, I stay pretty numb. :)
