Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

The 19th Amendment was ratified in 1920. Hypothetically, every Amendment after the 15th would be null and void and would have to be examined for ongoing necessity and desirability.

A bigger thing that would go away is the regulatory state that was put in place in the early 1900s when the legislature gave away their sole authority to establish the law

Could you explain to the dum people what exactly that means? Congress bills have to state precisely what the law is, no adding crap later by gov drones?
We are watching a movie, and we are all guessing out the potential outcome(s), most of which are extremely unsettling.

The Joint Chiefs said (maybe it was them; maybe faked) that Joe would get his inauguration on Jan 20.
Joe Adams and somebody else's podcasts speculate about a Mexican Standoff between multiple entities, all with their own agendas --
Maybe they will let Joe have his video inauguration on Jan 20. Maybe he'll get on video and read a confession of how the election was stolen. Maybe he'll get to pretend for a day.
Either way, with his mental state, the next day he will have forgotten all about it, and resume dribbling his oatmeal.
Maybe the commie Dems and CCP really get control, and we go into a thousand years of darkness, as Reagan said.
So yes, HOPE is important. Faith is important. Patriots need to keep these, and not do anything stupid (like going to the state capitals armed).
We get to watch, speculate, and stay vigilant. Several different types of conflict are hanging in the air. We just don't know yet what is happening.

Yes, now I remember.
ah did some digging the property requirement was state by state and Andrew Jackson had led some of the changes around that so that most white men were able to vote by 1860... so not an amendment per se unless you want to consider the poll tax amendment as completely preventing it... the legislatures were still in charge but had limitations imposed by the different amendments ... no where is property specifically required nor is the requirement removed.
