In short, though antibodies have proved invaluable for tracking the spread of the pandemic, they might not have the leading role in immunity that we once thought. If we are going to acquire long-term protection, it looks increasingly like it might have to come from somewhere else.
But while the world has been preoccupied with antibodies, researchers have started to realise that there might be another form of immunity – one which, in some cases, has been lurking undetected in the body for years. An enigmatic type of white blood cell is gaining prominence. And though it hasn’t previously featured heavily in the public consciousness, it may well prove to be crucial in our fight against Covid-19. This could be the T cell’s big moment.

They are NEVER going to give up their pandemic hoax lockdowns.
They have us where they want us, under their thumbs, and they will never let us up unless we kill them.

Not just antibodies: B cells and T cells mediate immunity to COVID-19
I totally agree. Since when? When they tell us that catching the disease and surviving it gives us no future immunity. Since when, does medicine take our blood from people who lived through the disease, and make a treatment for people who are sick, then tell us we have no immunity? Since when, is it only possible to get immunity from a needle, but not the disease.
This is just like the HIV=AIDS BS. It is the medical community playing Merlin the magician, and use rubes work hard to make enough money to pay them billions or trillions.
Wild Turkey 101 will kill that virus dead. They talk about these “cocktails” they make, forget that. Just drink it straight or one cube only.
this article has no bearing on COVID but does show how ferritin can affect those certain cells.

The Lung Dr who got this early on and had to be hospitalized had insane Ferritin levels. The article about him was either on Slate or Salon.
I am convinced my son has some immunity. He has worked in covid wards since March as a contractor setting up isolation rooms. The first three months he did not wear any PPE. He has been exposed 3 times in close contact with covid positive and symptomatic people. He does not wear masks anywhere, he travels, he is in crowds, his hygiene (hand washing etc) well, he’s not the greatest at all that.
Anyway, I’m convinced he is immune.
Well, this is something any good first year medical student could have said. It continually perplexes me that news outlets breathlessly report what is common knowledge in the medical field. Amazingly enough, CoVID induces the exact same immunological response that most other viruses induce.
Shocking....
Ferritin is a nonspecific acute phase reactant. It is a reasonable marker of inflammation and can help us understand the prognosis but thats about the end of it from a clinical standpoint.

“In the current context, we believe we have a biomarker of this condition, a serum level of a non-specific but is an acute phase reactant called serum ferritin. It looks like it may be to be one of the more reliable biomarkers of cytokine dysregulation. A serum ferritin is normally below 400 in our lab, mine was 18,000!”
Not bad advice
After reading articles like this, I find myself in need of a good stiff drink
You don’t need long term immunity. Once it has passed through the population, you will get boosters from repeated endemic exposures.
I hope I am one of them. I flew to Florida and back in March. I go out every day, sans mask, and interact with people. To shop anywhere in Gov. Polesmoker’s paradise in Colorado, I am force to wear one. So far, so good, and I am in the “death zone”, age wise.
Well I said it tongue in cheek but 2020 has not been a good year for a lot of folks. The government has only increased the pain.
Just saw a Newsmax article that says us old farts with a TB vaccination might have immunity from that. Do today’s urchins still receive that shot? Everybody got it in my day.
I probably have natural immunity. Besides washing my hands once in a while I’m doing nothing.
I meet new people just about every day for my job. Much of my work is outdoors so I don’t mask.
Been in about 15 states since this began and in many crowds, up to 50,000.
Another theory is MMR vaccine. Don’t know where that theory stands today.
Not sure there is any proof of that, but I believe it to be the case also. Seems like we would all want to get a very small viral load to keep our bodies producing a certain level of antibodies.
