If you celebrate Thanksgiving, you probably do it through consuming food. We asked Cracked readers on Facebook, "What Thanksgiving dish is a tradition in your family but might be considered weird to others?" Some responses sounded delicious, others ... not so much. But regardless, we were amazed at how many things Americans can make with some Cool Whip and Jello.

It’s all about dessert! English toffee pudding with fresh whipped cream or vanilla bean ice cream. Then we watch football with out eyes closed.

I’m doing a whole gator . You have to trim all the fat from between the tail muscles in order for it not to taste fishy. I’m going marinate him in a Cajun brine , rub him down with spice , and smoke with pecan . His tail will be stuffed with a cream cheese and boudin stuffing . When he’s done I’m going to glaze him with a Cajun sauce and hit him with a torch . Then we’ll have a brief photo op with an apple in his mouth !
