How do the Coronavirus mask mandates and lockdowns compare to the great global delusions of the 20th century? We have the following great delusions: 1.Eugenics from the 1920s-40s which was embraced by the sophisticated scientists of the time 2.Socialism - although Bismarck started it in the 19th century, Americans only really embraced it under FDR and LBJ 3.90% marginal tax rates in the 50s 4.overpopulation- Paul Ehrlich in the 1970s built on Malthus’ work from the 18th century. Some would include the delusion that abortion is good as a subset of this 5.global warming 6.communism - Never really gripped the USA but it did grip the Soviets and the Chinese 7.masks and lockdowns for this stupid Coronavirus 8.sexual revolution - didnt this lead to abortion?
I pick overpopulation as the worst as it holds the mindset of a “fixed pie” that inspires many of the other delusions. The Coronavirus rules are dumb but don’t compare, yet, to the other delusions. It could be the precursor to “medical Marxism” and it weakens the free spirit of the population so it can definitely rise in the rankings over the next few decades.

Moderna just published the successful results of its vaccine trials. We now have two vaccines for a mild disease, on top of effective therapeutics, an extremely low mortality rate, an extremely high rate of false positives on the deeply flawed and relied upon PCR tests...what else?
But let’s see who wants to keep this fiasco going.

The worst thing is how many people I notice are scared and fine with all these measures. People are largely cowards and/or sheep.
