Not a criminal issue. It’s civil. Read up on the difference. By ignoring the criminal law they have caused damages. Damages are corrected by civil suits. OJ although he wasn’t convicted of criminal case was convicted of civil (wrongful death etc). The level of proof is less in civil case.
For those wanting to know when the lawsuits will be filed There won’t be any.
Listening to Sydney Powell on Levin's show now and she's referring to lawsuits ready to be filed. One in GA, if I heard correctly, will be filed tomorrow.

Big victory moments ago in the State of Nevada. The all Democrat County Commissioner race, on same ballot as President, just thrown out because of large scale voter discrepancy. Clark County officials do not have confidence in their own election security. Major impact!

The Clark County Commission just threw out an election that represents almost 1/6 of the total votes cast in Clark County because there were too many “discrepancies” to be sure that that the results in that election can be certain. 153K votes in this election. twitter.com/meganmesserly/…
If and as soon as damages are proven it can be filed. I question who she is saying that is damaged since technically Biden hasn’t taken office. It’s the same problem the BO BC lawsuits had. Either the premise (lack of actual standing/damage) or plaintiff or defendants named were not adequate to move case forward.
Sure hope the legal eagles will get this right. OTOH think of what I told Nikk about the tick tack toe moves. No Os together. No X next to each other. XOXO in turn. That’s how cases rise to the SCOTUS. She may be starting the process. Do Not be disappointed if we get O. It just means it’s moving up the ladder.

I expect many lawsuits to be filed this week, because it takes that long to gather admissable evidence.
But, anyway, since the most likely method of relief is for state legislatures to submit slates of electors, the deciding “standard of proof” will be what convinces a state legislator that his constituents’ votes are not fairly/lawfully reflected by the state’s Executives slate.
I guess that will vary, but be a very high standard.
Yes it is confusing. In a lawsuit the proper defendants, and plaintiffs must be named. The correct premise must also be claimed. Sidney and CO are excellent lawyers. Hoping they get it right the first time.
There is no law against certification of elections. But reading the EO they may break the law if they perform the action. They may also break their oath given when sworn in However these crimes would be after the fact.
The damages would not occur until after the action, so stopping it before it’s done is the trick. It’s like the bomber can’t be stopped until he puts together an innocent pressure cooker with innocent ingredients. It’s the intent that becomes the crime.

My solution is to basically stand on the sidelines and cheer. I am NOT trying to follow all the threads and details. I cannot affect anything by my knowing or my ignorance. I can pray. I be patient and I can put my focus on local efforts, being kind to those who cross my path and avoid those who are irritants.
And pray. That is the most important work, after all.
Yes. And when her briefs are filed we can all read through them and check over who she has chosen as defendants, plaintiffs and what premise the suit is based upon.
Remember those certifying the vote are mandated in their job description to do so.
PRAY
Lawsuits won’t happen for the crimes. Only arrests and trials will happen for crimes. Those certifying vote are not criminals. They are following their states laws.

I’m glad to hear that criminals will just be arrested And tried. Hopefully quickly. Seems like that will happen a lot faster than lawsuits. otherwise getting everything tied up in court, that could be a mess if it’s too many lawsuits.
