Big lawsuit filed in GA today:

L. Lin Wood 4:27, 11/13/20 I filed a lawsuit today in federal court in Atlanta to establish that the March 6, 2020 Consent Agreement by the GA Secretary of State rendered UNLAWFUL the 11/3 GA general election.
I am right under established law.

GA SOS did the same thing the PA one did, circumvented GA legislature to write his own election laws in a lawsuit settlement deal with democrats. That is why the recount right now is a farce and why he lied about there being any kind of meaningful audit. They are not checking signatures.

Also, he gave GA counties until 3pm tomorrow to finish. He is trying to ram this through so it will be certified (at 5 pm). He hamstrung the GOP first telling them 1 monitor per 4 tables then changed the rules last minute to 1 per 10 table which Shafer and Collins objected to. I posted a video earlier posted by an observer, there is no way they can they can really monitor:

Raffensperger is the one who contracted with the Dominion software and put it in every county in GA. He said repeatedly all week last week that the numbers were accurate and there was no credible instance of fraud which I know is a lie.

The dems know if GA’s recount shows what Dominion does, it will have a snowball effect nationwide.

Georgia Secretary of State, a so-called Republican (RINO), won’t let the people checking the ballots see the signatures for fraud. Why? Without this the whole process is very unfair and close to meaningless. Everyone knows that we won the state. Where is @BrianKempGA?

Some Friday night news: Young Kim (R) ousts Rep Gil Cisneros (D) in #CA39, an Orange County-area seat that Hillary Clinton won by 9 points in 2016

This brings House Republicans to a net a gain of EIGHT seats and Kim is the 17th new GOP woman elected this cycle

Young Kim is one of the house races I contributed to.
She is fantastic and I am pleased she won.
LS says we have gained 10. This article says 8. I wonder which is correct.
