Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court will allow absentee ballots in North Carolina to be received and counted up to nine days after Election Day, in a win for Democrats. The justices on Wednesday refused to disturb a decision by the State Board of Elections to lengthen the period from three to nine days, pushing back the deadline to Nov. 12. The board’s decision was part of a legal settlement with a union-affiliated group. Under the Supreme Court’s order, mailed ballots postmarked on or before Election Day must be received by 5 p.m. on Nov. 12 in order to be counted.

I think this really sucks. From what I read, this extension was not voted on by NC legislature, but rather a decision by a NC court. In fact, the legislators didn’t want it either. This a horrible precedent. What’s wrong with Amy Barrett???? I will look at who voted how. I am actually very disgusted.

Tuesday, lawyers for the GOP legislators asked the Supreme Court to step in and block a nine-day ballot extension deadline while appeals play out. They are targeting a state court decision that adopted a consent decree agreed to by the state board of elections as a part of a legal settlement. Already, the legislators had asked the Supreme Court to block a federal court opinion upholding the same decree. That petition is pending.

I’m calling BS on this. FIRST If the docs were so damning why were the originals mailed. Second why were not electronic and hard copies produced. I had a deal on Wednesday involving another party and my company. The originals were mailed via UPS. Hard copies were made and I and five other people have electronic copies.

Article I, Section 4, of the United States Constitution, the authority to regulate the time, place, and manner of federal elections is up to each State, unless Congress legislates otherwise.
I think these SC rulings are right in this sense and why they’ve been rejected by the Court. Do we want the Feds having more control?

I just finished reading a brief article on the case for 9 days extension —As I understand it, the state legislature had already made an extension of 3 days for the absentee ballots.
The state board of elections (unelected people)made a deal with a union to change that to 9 days—after some sort of voting had already started.
So unelected people made a change which favored one political party and substituted their judgement for the legislature.
That is clearly not going with the state’s legislature. That’s unelected bureaucrats doing what they want. So no I don’t see how this is actually correct.
The judicial branch just handed the will of the people via their state legislature’s over to unelected people.
The defectors were Roberts and Kavanaugh. ACB had not had time to get up to speed and did not participate.
Right. I’d imagine any true tech of that sort would be extremely complicated with lots to possibly go wrong.

LS’s take on the PA and NC Supreme Court decisions. Perhaps it’s not as bad as it first appeared. Still bad, but it may not be the final word.
If the state had legislated it, I could see. But it was an unelected board.
This points to the necessity of an R controlled Congress to make national voter ID mandatory and voting in person on the first Tuesday in November (unless they want another day).
