I’ve seen it and I think it’s among a bunch of tweets I”m about to post. Girl was in car with two women, they saw “protestors” on the highway and driver turned to get off highway, and “protestors” opened fire and a bullet hit the child.

That is very bad news. The trial judge can get away with pretty much anything, which is why Stone’s judge could railroad Stone. She will get overturned, but a judge that fixes a case in favor of the defendant is difficult for the prosecution to overcome. They can’t be tried again after acquittal.
