LMAO!!! The good thing about being a Xer is we are ignored so one can just sit, relax, and enjoy the intergenerational destruction.

You Millennials did not burn down enough stuff when you were their age.

I’m a Boomer and like most Boomers, we don’t care what anyone thinks.

Gen X is about the only generation I respect. Technically, I’m a Boomer (tail end) but I’ve always wanted to be Gen X.

I'm a Gen X'er too. Our biggest culpability in this mess is that we did a terrible job raising the Millennials.

The only group as a whole that are lazier and feel more entitled than Millenials are the Z’s.

I was born immediately after the boomer gen but don’t consider myself an X - I’ve always thought of myself as a Trough kid

It’s been downhill for ethics, morals, and general intellectual value since Caesar Augustus kicked the bucket.

Anyone not functioning as a full adult by 17 or 18, including paying rent or mortgage and paying their way should *NEVER* be considered an adult or ever allowed to vote.

Baby Boomers are known for being technologically challenged.

I don't get this one at all. We were there when technology started to have more widespread use. I returned to graduate school one fall to find the library had replaced the card catalog drawers with computers. I owned an Apple IIe. All of my work for nearly forty years has involved use of computers and other technology. I love being able to write and edit or correct errors without typing the whole damned thing all over again. I've used cellphones so long that I don't remember exactly when I started using them. I'm a huge fan of the internet. I like carrying volumes of books around on my Kindle. That is probably the experience of most people of my generation. Where I draw the line is using technology for everything. I can turn on the lights or the faucet myself. I don't need to have my refrigerator hooked up to the internet.

As a baby boomer my “give a crap” card has expired.

I am at the age where it no longer matters (to me) what the younger generation does. If they want to vote in a socialist dictator or erase all their history from the public square I say go for it. They will have to live with the consequences.

Me I will be dead and gone (and forgotten) in a few years so I don’t have any skin in the game.

Pre boomer/mid-greatest generation here. Sort of the not suffering fools gladly/George Carlin school of philosophy.

Gen X was busy making money, being industriust, and providing good homes for their families. So busy and successful in fact that their millennial children grew up extremely pampered and spoiled rotten.

We're the Jan Brady of the generations. Bommers, Boomers, Boomers!

My high schooler was making fun of me just yesterday by telling me 'we've moved on from ripping boomers and now millenials are the ones we hate. Don't worry dad, we don't care about GenX, you guys don't matter to us'. Sometimes it's good to be Jan.

Amen to that! We grew up in simpler times and don't expect much from those around us. It's a much less stressful outlook to life.

Late Boomer here.

Kicked a Millennials ass 2 weeks ago. They were never spanked. Never taught respect. Never got their ass kicked when they were younger.

Yeah. It was worth it. Maybe he’ll learn to respect his elders? He disrespected my girlfriend, me. Laughed in my face, wanted to know “what I was gonna do about it old man?”. He found out.

Not really blaming this guy in the article. Except to say you run your mouth you better be ready to back it up. Or just shut up and take it. 5/1 is not very good odds. Chances are he learned nothing.

I was born in 1980, so I am either Gen-X or a Millennial. That being said, Gen-X talks a good game, but relative to the Boomers neither of those generations is as nearly accomplished.

I am not fool enough to suppose that when the Boomers are gone Gen-X or the Millennials will be able to fill the gap. Gen-X just doesn’t care and the Millennials are the Wokest generation. Boomers invented the technology that the next generations are so proud of saying they are able to use.
