The only group as a whole that are lazier and feel more entitled than Millenials are the Z’s.
My experience differs. We’ve got our first batch of gen Z age kids at work, and they’re all ambitious and keen to add the needed practical skills of our trade that they didn’t learn in school. Which is normal.
In fairness, we take a lot of care in hiring, and try to select only diligent and conscientious people in the first place.
The individual attitude is what matters, not the media-driven “generational” groupings.
