Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

The basic problem is military officers honor their oath of office. They know how to navigate the military political environment, but they are grossly unarmed when it comes to dealing with fellow citizens that HATE the Country and Constitution they love and have pledged their lives to defend.
Defense against foreign enemies is an easy concept to understand. Defense against Domestic Enemies is exclusively considered the responsibility of the police and the FBI.
Because the military is focused on outside threats this new internal insurgency system is a new battleground. These soldiers have been at war overseas for over 20 years. They come home to this and wonder who’s been minding the store.
Why are we surprised at this? It is time for all Americans to meet the person in the mirror and decide if every American is equal under our Constitution and if so start behaving accordingly. If we believe but do not live according to the liberty given us by the Founders under a representative republic we cannot ensure our freedoms for our posterity.
The second part is equally if not more important, to Love the Lord but not live in His love and share that love with all others also makes us the problem, not part of the solution. The answers we seek will only be found in a society based upon the rule of law and Christian compassion.
Just as I am the only one accountable to God for my sins, I am also the only one accountable to society for my wrongdoing. I must both bow bdd Ed gore God and yield to The Rule of Law to be able to live in and be part of a prosperous society. A society with Liberty and Justice for all.

Just one quibble: According to Q-1149 (as well as the logic of the dates), Lynch was offered RBG’s seat, not Scalia’s.
At the time of the tarmac meeting, President Zero had already nominated Merrick Garland for Scalia’s vacancy.
I think it is apparent that RBG would have resigned had Hillary been elected.
