Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

First I’ve seen it with EDGE. You can turn off this checking in EDGE.

Open edge. select right corner 3 dots. select: settings. select: privacy and security. scroll down and turn off Windows Defender SmartScreen.
Not sure if the browser has to be closed or not for it to take effect. Might as well close and reopen.

Vivaldi is authored by former Opera owners\developers. They are trying to give Vivaldi a look and feel of Opera.
I was an Opera guy - paying for it - from back in the day of being able to run it off of a floppy.
Opera eventually caved and went “chromium” and eventually sold it to a Chinese company.
The problem with these white pages is they don’t happen on all web pages. And the problem might not be with the browsers.

While that may be true everything I’ve read suggests they will use the hospital ships which will arrive fully stocked and clean of virus as substitutes for existing hospital ORs for non-covid surgeries and treatments in order to isolate those patients from the covid ones. Which makes sense, and if true the mayor and governor have no relevance.
