Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

If the pens were paid for with government money, it should be possible to find the vendor’s name, and the requisition.
The requisition should then have the specs for the pens. I know I’ve never seen a pen in my life that looked like that.
Then we can figure out who ordered the bullet design.

I’m surmising (because I don’t want to lose my current net connection by following the link to the reply which took place encouraging your comment) that the NP signing pens were bullet-formed. If my surmise is incorrect, I’m saying in my best Rose Rosanadana voice, (or was it Emily Netilla) “NEVERMIND!” LOL!!

My guess is that whoever made the pens made them homemade. Perhaps it was a personal purchase, and not directly through the government.
But still, Q has convinced us that these people are stupid, so perhaps your scenario of checking out the govt requisition and the manufacturer has merit after all.
