Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

So what is going on here? They can’t be serious. Are they trying to call attention to the issue? Is this how it’s going to be brought to light to a public that is oblivious? Or are they trying to get everyone to say “of course they’re not doing that, these people are just random kooks”? White hats or controlled opposition?

Kelvin Whelly told the media that he met Senator Warren through a male escort website, Cowboys4Angels. Whelly said he first met Warren at the Hilton Hotel in Woburn, Massachusetts, on August 8, 2018. Not by a long shot. I will say, it should be a fun ride. None of this should affect your day to day well being, unless you are "marginal capacity" in an industry that turns down due to business uncertainty. This is mostly political theater aimed at determining the outcome of the 2020 elections.
