Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Thanks for posting this. It is long but I had time to listen to what he had to say while doing some chores. If what he says is true, it adds more to what the Q team has already told us just how corrupt our government really is and the scope of what we're all taking on.
According to him, Rosenstein is a very bad actor. That goes along with what the Q team told us if Mueller is bad so is Rosenstein. He also claims there are still many bad actors embedded in all parts of our government waiting to do the deep state's bidding.
I still believe the show were witnessing is establishing how deep the corruption goes and that it's so bad, it's not capable of cleaning itself up. That's where the military justice system comes in especially after it is established some sedition and treason took place, IOWs, declass. We know AG Barr can turn some cases over to the military justice system. The show we're watching is to drum up the demand for it, IMHQO.

I would say YES, just as much as the "use of force" of aircraft, ships, missiles, submarines, or small arms.
Add in the fact that all the civilian agencies, the judiciary, and half or more of the legislative branch were also weaponized against this administration and against the people of the USA, and the "use of force" becomes a very strong argument.
You bring up a good point and that made me think if "use of force" would include, if it were ever revealed, the missile fired at AF1 to try to take out our President. If that was eventually revealed, along with all the coup plotters behind it, I would think that might apply to "use of force".
