Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

Thanks for bringing into focus the problematical nature of charging coup d'etat participants with specific crimes ... especially since, as I read it, "Treason" as defined in the Constitution will not apply.
I have hoped for some time that Barr will be able to allege a "Conspiracy", and then possibly invoke the RICO statutes.
But this raises TWO MAJOR QUESTIONS:
1) What are the specific CRIMES?
2) What and WHO-specifically--is the CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE?
POSSIBLE CRIMES
1) Lying to FISA Court
2) Lying to Federal agents
3) Abuse of powers of the Federal Government
4) ESPIONAGE (unlawful spying)
5) ESPIONAGE (unlawful acquisition and conveyance of classified information)
6) Obstruction of Justice (attempts to cover up crimes)
7) BRIBERY OF FEDERAL OFFICIALS (cf: Clinton Foundation activities)
I am sure that Barr & Co. can come up with a much better list; but, hopefully this sketches the concept I have in mind.
The complexity of applying RICO clearly explains the delays in prosecution so far. If this is an ORGANIZED CRIME CASE, it cannot go piecemeal.

We'll see, hopefully, whether "use of force" for treason and sedition charges include the use of intelligence and counter-intelligence assets of the USA, allies, and non-allies to attempt an overthrow of the US government.
I would say YES, just as much as the "use of force" of aircraft, ships, missiles, submarines, or small arms.
Add in the fact that all the civilian agencies, the judiciary, and half or more of the legislative branch were also weaponized against this administration and against the people of the USA, and the "use of force" becomes a very strong argument.

My first thought was: “How do they think they can get away with this?”
Then I realized ... I have been fairly immersed in all of this, including Kavanaugh hearings and Dr. Fraud ... yet this is the first time I have realized about the depth of her CIA connections including doubtless MK-Ultra.
So, YES, THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT ... except for the Great Awakening of Q!
