AMERICAN Airlines passengers were left stunned after noticing a miniature HORSE had joined their flight.
Evan Nowak said he noticed the animal, which had been brought onboard by a fellow traveller, while flying on an a service from Chicago to Omaha.
He posted the footage to Twitter, which showed the horse calmly sitting near the front of the plane in an aisle seat.
He added: "At this time we would like to begin boarding with any active duty military, families travelling with children under the age of 3, and horses..."
Another passenger, Amberley Babbage, also spotted the animal at check in, tweeting: "There was a small horse in line at the airport today and I’m so curious about it. #ORD"
The horse was later revealed to be called Flirty - and even has its own Twitter and Instagram account.

People are abusing the “service animal” exception to such a point that they will not allow any animals.

I trapped a cat that howled at night on our back fence. an animal control guy came to get it. It was so vicious that he called for another animal control guy for help.

I blame the courts for all of the extremes we deal with. Could the airline be sued if they refused to allow a designated service or emotional support animal on board?
I've always thought that "emotional support" animals on planes is beyond insane. Why the heck would anyone who's so unstable that they need emotional support be on a commercial plane? Even lots of sane people refuse to fly anymore.

The airlines have finally gone “third world”. Horses, goats, camels, chickens, pigs, etc. will all be allowed on airliners.
No, it was not meant as a joke, it was an attention-craving fat chick who really does haul around a mini horse as her support critter. She said in a later tweet that the entire episode was a bit much and that from now on she’ll only drive with Flirty (or whatever the poor creature is named) and fly only in emergency situations.
