I eat once a day, and it’s usually after 8 PM
I don’t eat breakfast or lunch, and don’t usually have dinner till after 7:00 pm. I guess I am a dead man walking...

I just had a complete check-up including a huge series of tests, stress EKG, MRI, blood tests and x-rays: No evidence of disease whatsoever.
And my mother, father, sister, grandmothers, and grandfather all died of early on-set arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease.

My daily routine...
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/cut-up strawberries, banana on the side, skim milk...and 2-3 cups of coffee
Lunch: Whey Protein drink (20oz) after fitness club workout w/30oz water
Dinner (no later than 5-6pm): Chicken breast grilled, mixed veggies w/water
Snack: Fiber One Fiber bar
Seems to be working OK so far...

Eating infrequently causes insulin to fluctuate more than eating smaller meals more often. And the body tends to store more fat when insulin levels are high. So less fat will tend to be stored from the same caloric intake if eaten in more frequent, smaller meals.

I rarely eat breakfast because I'm seldom hungry in the morning. For some reason, this morning I was. So I had breakfast. Probably won't eat lunch because I doubt I'll be hungry again until this evening.
