I think that most dietary issues will take care of themselves if a person eats modest meals and only when really hungry. Don't eat out of habit, don't keep eating when your full, and avoid snacking. In this case, do as I say, not as I do. I'm not good at consistently practicing that.

I rarely eat breakfast because I'm seldom hungry in the morning. For some reason, this morning I was. So I had breakfast. Probably won't eat lunch because I doubt I'll be hungry again until this evening.

You should feel hungry in the morning. If you dont, you are still digesting yesterday’s late meal. Just converted myself. Feel much better.
