The 10 Dumbest Cities in America

In order to rank the dumbest cities in America, we had to look at which cities have the highest high school dropout rates as well as which cities have low college graduation rates.

This is a pretty good indication of where people live who don't have educational backgrounds.

Additionally, we measured how many libraries are in each city, as a ratio versus number of places to party.

Detroit is evolving and while the schools suck, we finally have a white mayor who is doing good for the city even tho he is a Democrat.

Properties around the downtown perimeter are being bought up by investors and it's spreading outward.

A guy I know literally bought a square block for pennies on the dollar which will eventually yield his kids a fortune once the downtown expansion encompasses his property..........

Folks on this site who hate on Detroit have no idea of the transformation that is going on...........

And I can't even begin to explain on what has happened to the downtown area itself. Bars, restaurants, high end stores, apartments, office buildings filled with people who safely walk the downtown streets at night. It's incredible........

I don’t know but I hear about the other places. Folks in the Phoenix area are wonderful compared to what I’ve seen and heard elsewhere. It’s all of the midWesterners who come here and stay. Great folks.
