Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Before Q I had never heard of “yachting” in any dark sense. Now my understanding is that that’s where a lot of the blackmailable acts take place. So perhaps Toomey made some bad choices on a yacht and they are now on film.
There are some places that do something similar to that, have an accounting calendar that holds position on a certain day; June 30th June 30th the first, June 30th the Second and so one.
A bit like a hold on a rocket launch!
SESSIONS looks like knows it's all over for a lot of people he served with in the Senate. He has a rather poignant expression.
I’ll admit I’m mostly clueless on international politics, but that was my take on it, too.
To me, it looks like the patriots of GB want out, but their corrupt DS politicians are doing everything they can to sabotage the exit. I agree that POTUS was encouraging them. At the very least, I suspect he was making it difficult for the UK DS politicians to claim that they were balking because it was financially impossible or ruinous.
