Next Thursday, I will get a vagina. The procedure will last around six hours, and I will be in recovery for at least three months. Until the day I die, my body will regard the vagina as a wound; as a result, it will require regular, painful attention to maintain. This is what I want, but there is no guarantee it will make me happier. In fact, I don’t expect it to. That shouldn’t disqualify me from getting it.
I like to say that being trans is the second-worst thing that ever happened to me. (The worst was being born a boy.) Dysphoria is notoriously difficult to describe to those who haven’t experienced it, like a flavor. Its official definition — the distress some transgender people feel at the incongruence between the gender they express and the gender they’ve been socially assigned — does little justice to the feeling.
But in my experience, at least: Dysphoria feels like being unable to get warm, no matter how many layers you put on. It feels like hunger without appetite. It feels like getting on an airplane to fly home, only to realize mid-flight that this is it: You’re going to spend the rest of your life on an airplane. It feels like grieving. It feels like having nothing to grieve.
Many conservatives call this crazy. A popular right-wing narrative holds that gender dysphoria is a clinical delusion; hence, feeding that delusion with hormones and surgeries constitutes a violation of medical ethics. Just ask the Heritage Foundation fellow Ryan T. Anderson, whose book “When Harry Became Sally” draws heavily on the work of Dr. Paul McHugh, the psychiatrist who shut down the gender identity clinic at Johns Hopkins in 1979 on the grounds that trans-affirmative care meant “cooperating with a mental illness.”

That’s exactly what it means.
Encouraging delusions is malpractice.
We just need to have love and empathy for people who had this clearly devastating condition.
Unlike real Vagina’s, I doubt it will make anyone else happy either.
We need to love anyone we care about who is born with gender dysphoria. It’s not their fault. You see it at 2 years old. For sure by 3. These are innocent babes and their parents didn’t cause it. Damn straight we should love people with disabilities.

Mentally damaged people touted by “experts’ as healthy and normal, and making hundreds of thousands of dollars off these messed up people.
No one is actually getting any proper ‘help’.
It is an incurable disease, which makes people who suffer from it desperate to convince themselves that they can overcome it.
Unfortunately, butchering themselves is not the answer.
And a growing percentage regard their surgeries as mistakes and want their original equipment back.

Its because they are menally ill. Appeasing the illness will never make someone happy.
We can only imagine what the NYT passed off as real news and public sentiment before the internet shined a light on them.

Doctor: You can’t have periods either. [Mrs. Garrison looks surprised] You had a sex change, Mr. Garrison, but you don’t have ovaries or a womb. You don’t produce eggs.
Mrs. Garrison: [sits down] You mean, I’ll never know what it feels like to have a baby growing inside me and then scramble its brains and vacuum it out?
Doctor: N-that’s right.
Mrs. Garrison: But I paid five thousand dollars to be a woman. This would mean I I’m not really a woman. I... I’m just a... a I’m just a guy with a mutilated penis!
Doctor: Basically, yes.
Mrs. Garrison: ...Oh boy, do I feel like a jackass.
It’s sad that some one like Karen Carpenter at 80 pounds, looks in a mirror and sees fat, and she has a mental condition, but a transgender looks in a mirror, see the exact opposite sex and it’s all perfectly acceptable.

We didn't have all of these frustrated trannies in the U.S. until the Democrats closed down the insane asylums back in the 60's.
Before then, when these people were getting locked up for life together, they and the asylum staff were making each other very, very happy.
I can't see how they can do a male to female reversal. Even a female to male would be problematic and there would be no feeling in either one.
This mental illness is why trannies don't ever belong in any military, police, firefighter, or EMT service. They are not fit to work with people on those levels.
