Just got the Presidential alert on my phone!

Feinstein has done that before - she and a select few were allowed to view documents that the public was not permitted to see. Then she told everyone that based on what she saw, it all supported her assertions. But, we were never allowed to see it so I concluded at the time, she was lying and the information refuted her.

I also had the radio on to CSPAN and listened to the radio version 2 minutes later. It seemed to have some tech problems. Anyone else hear that?

Back when many of us were sending snail mail to DC on a number of topics, it was pointed out that a Post Card gets through to the politician faster than a letter since nothing is hidden when a post card is sent. It gets through inspection faster. Well, as fast as government goes anyway.

I did also, and I think the test is not a success. I heard several cell phones in my office screech, as well as the alarm system for the building. A popup appeared on my cell phone and I did the natural thing - I tapped it. The message disappeared and I thought, hmm, I'll check my text message list. Nothing. I scrolled through all my open apps and still nothing. If this was a true emergency and instructions were sent regarding measures to take, I don't think they would be read by most. Disappointing!

Looking in the wrong place...sent to Emergency Alert....orange triangle with exclamation point on my android phone...was your notification volume set to “no audio”?

That happened to me also, and I think if it were an actual emergency we would not have been able to tap it away. I think the text would have gone on to state the emergency (Dems going down), tell us what to do (break out the booze) and what to expect (hilarity to ensue).

Today’s revisions and additions:

Law of Armed Conflict: (INFO) TLOAC is the Law of Armed Conflict, which ". . . comes from both customary international law and treaties. Customary international law, based on practice that nations have come to accept as legally required, establishes the traditional rules that govern the conduct of military operations in armed conflict. Article VI of the US Constitution states that treaty obligations of the United States are the “supreme law of the land,” and the US Supreme Court has held that international law, to include custom, are part of US law. This means that treaties and agreements the United States enters into enjoy equal status as laws passed by Congress and signed by the President.”

All US persons subject to US Law must observe the Law of Armed Conflict, including US Corporations and violators may be held criminally liable for war crimes.

The Law of Armed Conflict recognizes three categories of participants.
- Lawful Combatants: those engaged in activities with government sanction, have a chain of command, and wear a distinguishable uniform.
- Unlawful combatants: those engaging in war activities without the above. Unlawful combatants who engage in hostilities violate LOAC and become lawful targets. If captured can be tried as war criminals.
- Noncombatants: those not engaged in hostilities and are not authorized to do so. Noncombatants may not be made the object of direct attack.
In the current situation, LOAC effects on the secretive cabal players as well as those of the Deep State (DS) have yet to be fleshed out. A simple reading would indicate that the only participants in the current crisis that are obviously lawful combatants are the members of the US military and any of its Allies participating. How the DS participants are treated remains to be seen. At stake is the conduct of military tribunals for the bulk of the participants without the need for a declaration of martial law. Palo Alto University: (INFO) Palo Alto University is the college where Christine Blasey Ford, the woman who accused U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Brett Kavanaugh, Trump's nominee to the Supreme Court, of sexually assaulting her while both were in high school 36 years ago, is currently a professor of Psychology. Although the name implies a large, multi-discipline university, it is not. It is a non-profit, private educational institution in Palo Alto, California, with 1,081 students and a staff of just 129 employees including forty-eight clerical and eighty-one educational instructors. It was founded in 1975 as the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology, and changed its name to its current name when it added undergraduate two undergraduate degrees in psychology. Palo Alto University offers two undergraduate degree programs and four graduate programs: a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, a Psychology Doctorate in Clinical Psychology as part of a consortium with Stanford University, and two master's degree programs: a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Master of Science in Psychology. Reddit (#2165, #2198) Reddit is a social media content-sharing, blogging, and commenting site which held itself out as a place where free speech reigned supreme. Ironically, on September 12, 2018, the Q discussion SubReddit area on Reddit called /r/The_GreatAwakening was abruptly banned with no warning, due to "Inciting violence, harassment, and dissemination of personal information." It is highly unlikely that any of the participants making comments on those threads, unless they were deliberate trolls, made any such comments. In Q drop #2198 Q directs us to these Reddit use Statistics for the /r/The_GreatAwakening SubReddit which show the impact to usage the unwarranted take-down had:

It is quite obvious the SubReddit was taken down for political reasons because of the political pro-Trump content. Previously, the same week as the take down of the Q discussion area, Reddit also took down a comedy discussion area for MillionDollarExtreme and associated subs /r/BillionShekelSupreme and /r/ChadRigh, belonging to what the administrators term an "Alt Right Comedy Troop. The reason again was described as content that violated Reddit's new content codes, specifically "violent content." In other words, it wasn't Liberal, Progressive, politically correct content.

In Q Drop #2314 Q points out once again that "Symbolism will be their downfall" under a copy of Reddit's advertisement for Reddit Premium which includes a faux Reddit coat of arms made up of too cutesy cartoon characters. Included on the image are various symbols including the Pyramid with the Eye of Destiny/Providence similar to the one found on the back of a U.S. one-dollar Federal Reserve Note.

Steve Huffman, better known on Reddit as spez, is the co-founder and current CEO of Reddit and responsible for the current censorship. BigLeaguePolitics broke the story that Top Moderators from Reddit revealed that it was an organized cabal of left-wing posters who organized the take down of /r/The_GreatAwakening on Reddit. A CBS employee, using a group of lefties, including "More than 30 covert left-wing actors have been identified coordinating with the plotters, including activists linked to Media Matters and the ACLU," who call themselves "BanOut2018, pretending to be Trump supporters posted inflammatory commentary in the Q forums which would instantly be given comparatively large numbers of up-votes by their organized cronies. These high positive responses to violent and harassing comments, which violate the rules of Reddit, naturally bring the moderators attention to the SubReddit. Enough of them, too frequently posted, result in the banning of the entire topic, regardless of the negative response from the regular users complaints and request the interloping trolls cease posting. The CBS employee has been identified by the top Reddit moderators as Gary Phillips, who serves as digital media administrator for CBS Studios International in Los Angeles.

Phillips runs a private subreddit in which he makes clear his liberal ideology, and plans his covert actions against Trump subreddits according to copious information reviewed by the editorial staff. Ricin: (#2315) Ricin is a carbohydrate-binding protein produced in the seeds of the castor oil plant, Ricinus communis, is a highly potent toxin which blocks the synthesis of proteins necessary for life. A dose of purified ricin powder the size of a few grains of table salt can kill an adult human. The median lethal dose (LD50 — the amount of a poison which will kill 50% of those which are given that dosage) of ricin is around 22 micrograms per kilogram of body weight if the exposure is from injection or inhalation (1.78 milligrams for an average adult). Oral exposure to ricin is far less toxic as some of the poison is inactivated in the stomach. An estimated lethal oral dose in humans is approximately 1 milligram per kilogram. Symptons of Ricin poisoning vary according to the mode of delivery:
- Inhalation: Within three to four hours flu like symptoms develop with breathing difficulties, respiratory distress, fever, cough, nausea, and tightness in the chest. Heavy sweating may follow as well as fluid building up in the lungs (pulmonary edema) mimicking pneumonia. This rapidly worsens as the lungs fill with fluid. Death occurs within 24 to 72 hours.
- Oral injection: If sufficient dosage survives inactivation by stomach acids, vomiting, diarrhea would been within several hours, leading to bloody vomitus and diarrhea. This leads to Severe dehydration may be the result, followed by low blood pressure. Other signs or symptoms may include seizures, and blood in the urine. Within several days, the victim's liver, spleen, and kidneys would stop working, and the victim could die without major medical support within three to five days.
- Skin and Eye exposure: It is unlikely to be absorbed through normal skin. Contact with ricin powders or products may cause redness and pain of the skin and the eyes. However, if you touch ricin that is on your skin and then eat food with your hands or put your hands in your mouth, you may ingest some.
In early October 2018, envelopes containing a white powder which tested positive for Ricin, were received at the Pentagon. No Pentagon personnel were injured by the Ricin attack using the envelops. It appears the FReeQs’ level of humor has reached a new zenith.

Also remember to turn your phone completely off about once a week. And to run a Device Maintenance every so often. On mine it is found under settings. Learned this from the younger generation.
