I’ve never been sure about Rosenstein or Mueller. I remember that someone used the term grey hats for awhile. I believe it was used to indicate that the President was using them (leveraged) because they were dirty and caught red handed.

I won’t totally shut the door on the idea of those two being controlled black hats. But I certainly can’t imagine them being white hats in DC or NYC for all those years before President Trump got into office. Otherwise, for starters, I wouldn’t think NSA Director Mike Rogers would have had to go warn President elect Trump himself.
