In the latest CBS News Battleground Tracker poll, Arizona voters weighed in on their state's U.S. senators, and each got more negative than positive views. Partisanship shapes opinion, but not in the way we typically see in politics today. GOP Sen. John McCain gets his highest favorable rating from Arizona Democrats of all partisan groups -- 62 percent view him favorably. It's voters in his own party who give McCain his most negative ratings -- nearly 7 in 10 view him unfavorably.

Retiring Republican Sen. Jeff Flake gets an unfavorable rating from more than half of the state's voters. Here too, Republicans hold the most negative views. Democrats are more divided in their opinions of Flake than of McCain, but more than twice as many Democrats (35 percent) than Republicans (16 percent) rate Flake favorably.

AZ is currently being manipulated into electing McSallycain as the next Flake.
Bush League Republicans whispered into Joe Arpaio’s ear that he was needed in the Senate race.
It’s unclear if he knows he was needed to block Kelli Ward for the Bush League Republicans.
Wait until the Arizona Governor appoints his wife or daughter to the vacated seat. You ain't seen nothing yet!!!
I eagerly await his demise. Unfortunately I think he is faking the extent of his illness, in order to escape culpability for his various crimes against Trump and the American people

Look for Flake to switch parties before he runs for anything again.
Why wouldn’t they. He is almost one of theirs.
In 2000 after he lost the Republican presidential primary, he considered jumping parties.
In 2004 he tried to get Democrat nominee Kerry to select him as Kerry’s VP.
In 2008 he really wanted Independent Democrat Lieberman as his VP but his team wanted Palin.
He was always reaching across the aisle in the Senate to his Democrat colleagues.
And, the media loved him, as long as he was playing the maverick and going against the Republican Party, in general.
Why am I not surprised? Being a traitor and doing things to harm the American people are traits common to McStain and dummocraps.
A couple liberal “democrats” who always ran as conservative Republicans. And they call President Trump a liar.
I would have thought 90% would view McCain unfavorably...
