Comedian Lisa Lampanelli Has Meltdown After Fan Hands Her $100 To Shut Up
She is one of the two acts I every walked out on. Her spiel is directly and viciously insulting people. The joke is on the audience. They laugh because they’re supposed to think it’s funny. Seemed to me she was laughing at the audience.
Started out being disgusted by her, by the end I felt bad for her. That is one miserable person.
Not a fan but someone who wanted her to shut up.
I think it’s fake. It was like a wrestling show. The language is normal for her. Her material is usually rough.
I can still watch “Eddie Murphy: Delirious” and laugh as hard as I did 30 years ago. He couldn’t do at least half of that material today.
Ditto for Richard Pryor.
Remembering her schtick from a few years ago (SirriusXM), that’s about par for the course. A mix of insult, racial stereotype, wumayn’s issues standup coming from a largish, brassy gal in a crinoline and poodle skirt....
Oh yeah, the voice/accent/speech patter....new yuk nails on a chalkboard.
Yup
KYPD
Her act is no different than Amy Schumer.
Talk about her crotch for 45 minutes.
Consequences of eating uncooked seafood?
Say now, That’s Entertainment!!
My car has HD radio. One of the sub channels is 24 hour comedy snippets. Since it’s broadcast, they can only use cleanish comedy.
Thus, much of it is pretty old. Mel Brooks, Don Rickles, Bob Newhart type stuff is popular. It’s actually pretty fun to listen to them weave a story and BOOM, hit you with the punchline.
It’s sad to listen to these and realize how many of them committed suicide or OD’d.
She was on Celebrity Apprentice.
Eddie Murphy: Delirious
“AIDS?! But I’m not a homosexual!”
“Sure you’re not a homosexual ... “
Good stuff :-)
“Hey boy, you look might cute in them jeans.....”
I could never look at Mr. T in quite the same way ever again.
I am not someone who thinks female comedians are not funny.
But I am someone who thinks Lisa Lampanelli is not funny.
Yeah, I know...
Female comedian is mostly an oxymoron (with respect to Carol Burnett, Lucille Ball and Joan Rivers)
Don Rickles would be shot.
I wish I had a hundred thousand fans that would each pay me $100 to shut up.
