The PC comedy rules are suffocating laughs on stages large and small.

What this country needs is a Blazing Saddles Remix.
Can you image the exploding heads if Mel Brooks would do this?
When I was a kid, we used to clap when the movie was over.
I think the last time I saw people clap was at the end of Tombstone with Kurt Russell..
The left ruins everything.
Last year I bought the SNL Season 2 DVD collection from a used book store.
No way could 40% - 60% of the skits be done today.
That means we now have less freedom of speech than in 1976 - 1977.
Yes, that’s exactly what it means.
I wouldn't want to see it, if the remake of "The Producers" is any indication.
That means we now have less freedom of speech than in 1976 - 1977.
Yes, thats exactly what it means.

And freedom of speech was already on the well greased skids then ...
There really isn’t much comedy these days.
Vulgarity, crass behavior...
I’ve stopped going to the theater, and I find myself quitting movies 10-25% of the way through. I NEVER used to do that, or even be tempted to do it.
Typical woke audiences
The curse of Obama.
The guy has no sense of humor.
Mel Brooks’ “The History of the World, Part 1” violated every PC rule in the book—an insult for every one.
Imagine a Don Rickles type show today—crude, demeaning, offensive—yeah, now that’s comedy! :-)
Or Monty Python...
Or Benny Hill...
Or Fernwood 2 Night...
Or the old Howard Stern TV show on WWOR...
We do that all the time. After the 24th F bomb and the twelfth g-damn, we give up.
And that often occurs even before the obligatory gratuitous female-dominant sex scene.
It's Leftism in general.
I once had a dear friend with whom I could laugh about anything, including my religion. We lost track of each other for a while and when we reconnected, she informed me she was in a lesbian relationship. After I kidded her about it -- quite gently -- she cut all ties with me.
I was stunned at the PC incorrectness of the recent Season 9 of Curb Your Enthusiasm. The whole season is based on the writing of a proposed Broadway show called “Fatwa” and the terror of the writers that they will be terminated with extreme prejudice by angry Muslims (as part of a real Fatwa! :-) ).
It was funny (but a bit sad as well...).
Warning: The show has a well-earned reputation for being cringe-worthy, so caveat emptor.
I love it when liberals consume their own.
Libtard comedy isn’t comedy and isn’t funny or humorous.
It is almost always nothing more than politically motivated attacks on non-liberals and policies liberals don’t like.
Those movies/shows were part of the slippery slop destruction of wholesome entertainment.
All y'all are just too young to know how far we've fallen!!!
